Justice Ajit Singh Bains visited us in Ottawa several times to keep us updated the findings of Punjab Human Rights Group that he headed at that time The Last time he visited us on 30th March,1995 when Justice Bains alongwith Sardar Jaswant Singh Khalra when they presented the cases of Torture killings and Disappearances of Sikhs in Punjab,to the Human Rights Committee of Canada's External Affairs. Justice Bains visited Canada again to attend the WSO's Annual Commemoration Parliamentary Dinner at the Parliament (Room 200-West Block) on 5 June, 1995 where he gave his second last speech to Diplomats from Canada and USA.
